Booking Terms & Conditions: Before making your booking please make sure you have read all of the details below and agree to abide by our booking terms & conditions. Bookings may only be accepted with full payment in advance. Cheques should be sent to Claire Keen, 4 Campian Way, Norton, Stoke on Trent, ST6 8FA. Please make cheques payable to:  1st Stockton Brook Brownies. The cost of a stall is £12 for a 6ft table or £10 for a 5ft table. You will also be provided with 2 chairs, and complimentary tea/coffee for exhibitors. If you require extra space or electricity this must be negotiated by prior agreement and a charge may be incurred. You are NOT permitted to knock nails etc into the walls to hang your goods on. Access to the hall is from 8.00am and we are open to the public from 10:00am – 4:00pm. You are required to man your stall until 4:00pm out of courtesy to other traders. To ensure a good balance of crafts only a certain number of craftspeople displaying each type of craft will be taken. We reserve the right to have the final say as to where your stall will be situated in the room. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any exhibitor at the fair. It is your responsibility to insure your own stock and equipment and to ensure the area you occupy is kept tidy and hazard free.
